Who do you think will feature in The Dark Knight Sequel

I have read that in the sequel to The Dark Knight , both the penguin and the riddler will be present. Is is true or these are rumours and also i have read that Johnny Depp will be playing the role of the riddler. Well if that is the case then that will be very exciting .
