Here is the story,I am from Egypt and back when there was only PAYPAL if you wanted to do online work and back when paypal needed no verification,I have made an account with my british cousin's name since my country is not paypal supported.I managed to gain 15$ on this paypal (after so much hard work :( ).At that time,paypal decided that you need verification to send or receive money.Neither me nor my UK cousin have a US or a UK account.So I was making this offer..If you have an account you take 5 dollars out of the 15 and you send the rest to my alertpay account..I will give you the email and the password.
