Which gym do you prefer, Fitness First or Gold's Gym?

I just want to get some insights from those who goes to these 2 major gyms (at least here in the Philippines)... which is better, fitness first? or gold's gym? what are your basic criteria/s to say that a gym is better than the others? The facilities? Monthly rate? or more celebrities working out?
