Great Saturday morning

So my husband is in the restaurant business and doesn't have weekends off very often. He was off today and we got to sleep in a bit together. He woke up before me and did house work. I couldn't believe it but am so grateful for it. He took the dog out, fed the cat, washed dishes, washed clothes, picked up the clothes from around the house and even took some food out that needed to be disposed of. (he hates this job) I love my husband! Anyone else experience this once in a blue moon?

I try to do this most days of the week. But being male I usually fail! Well done him for that. We men aren't entirely useless around the house and when you love someone as much as he clearly loves you it is a real pleasure to do it. I hope that you stroked his ego afterwards. It's a Herculean effort for us and we do so love to be told what good boys we are. LOL.
