That was my problem when I had my first born child. So I had to give up my work so I can take care of my baby.It is really hard to entrust your newly born especially if the nanny is not a professional. You cannot expect them to take good care of newborn baby when they are not experienced too.If we really care for our child we should not leave them in the hands of a stranger.

I don't quite understand, if the mother is in the same household with the baby even if a nanny is there why wouldn't the baby be taken care of? To have a nanny doesn't relieve you of being a mother. A nanny is just a person that assists you with taking care of your children and household.

Actualy the nanny is with them 24/7,even to me is just a big question why she dont even notice whats going on to her son, that she have 2 nanny in the house.

Also both of the things that you noted could be the result of something other than neglect. It just seems weird that 3 people to take care of one baby and they all are neglecting his is far fetched. Newborns often have skin rashes, diaper rashes, skin allergies etc. Maybe you should not jump to conclusions. I hope the baby is well soon.

A fever comes from an infection, which is not of any neglect. As for the question do you give him a bath everyday? You shuold not bathe a child everyday they say it will dry out the skin and hence cause a rash.
How people jump to conclusions. I am right there with you relundad

Babies are easy to get sick. It is very common for babies to have baby rush or allergy. It may have nothing to do with nanny.
Nanny 24/7 is great to have if she can afford one.

Your right polachicago, but i think still the mother or nanny need more care for the young baby, we know they get sick sometimes because of the weather.
Thanks for your kind response.

Well in this case the Mother must have to be sure if the baby is safe in the under of the care of the Nanny and I am so sure that it is also hard on her part to work and just leave the child with the Nanny but there will be time in our life that eventhough we wanted to take good care of the child is we cannot maybe she also have a good reason that she needed to work for there will be nobody to handle all of the expenses for maybe she is the person who do the Husband's rule in the family......
