Sleeping is something very natural that everyone does. Sleeping allows our body to rest and repair itself. Significant research has shown that regular sleep can affect survival. However in this present modern day society, social pressure and heavy workload has caused many adults to be sleeping for an unhealthy length of time. Even sometimes, students face the same problem too. Adults have to sleep at least 9 hours a day, but how many working adults can do that?
myLotters, how many hours do you sleep every night? Do you sleep early/late because of your workload or is it because of other factors? If you sleep very little every night, you will feel sleepy doing so?

I normally try to sleep 7 to 8 hours a night, though some nights it's less. But 7 to 8 hours a night is a general rule for me. On weekends, it may be a little more. As it is the best time for me to catch up on my sleep. However, as a student, my life can get rather busy, especially around finals and midterms. So, it gets rather difficult to get good nights sleep at those times. But that's life and I still try to get as much sleep as I can.
