Lost and need Assistance

Hello everyone, I am new to this site and new to blogging or any of this suff all together. I have been in forums before because I am in college and I do that over the internet but I have never done anything like this before in my life. I have recently un der gone some misfortune due to a house fire and being but on short term disability because of a nuerological problem. I am trying to do this because need to earn some extra money and I am completly bored just sitting around the house. But I am not sure what I am doing or understand fully how this works. So if anyone could give me some assitance on how to get started or something I would greatly appreciate it.
