I have yet to hear a good argument for abortion... 1. Basic science tells us a fetus (embryo, zygote, etc) is alive. 2. Genetics (the basis of Mordern Biology) tells us a fetus is human. 3. Common senses tell us a fetus has not commited a capital crime. So, why is abortion not illegal..yet?

abortion is not illegal because a fetus does not have the capability to make decisions for itself, therefore rendering it helpless to it's legal guardian. since the fetus is inside the womb of the female, the female has the right to choose medically what they do and do not do with their body.
