how to use google adsense?

Does anyone use google adsense in their blog because i have tried several times to add google adsense to my blog. first it rejected my blog saying that it doesn't support chat application here my blog has contained an article on chatting through MS-DOS,then i deleted that article still it has disapproved my blog saying that it supports only blogs in the form www.---.com.and i have a blog in blogspot.cant i use google adsense
