Do u have any ideas about promotion?

What is ur dream? when I studied at junior high school,I dreamed I could come in and study at college, at last my dream came true.After finished learning at college, I wished i could join in a pig company,make a lot money and got promotion there...Now I really had been in a pig company and worked here around 3 years.I work really hard and do well in my job,my clients also think hightly of me....but i haven't got any promotions....on the contray, I found someone who did not do well in her job but got promotion so soon, my workmates and me guess that it is only since she knew how to make up to our superviser.we hate that guy, he hurt us,and some of my workmates want to quit now.I don't know whether i should quit.

well... that's our world. life isn't fair. well, maybe you should talk to your boss. if you think you are qualified, tell him that you deserve it. he might not have given you enough attention so tell him what you've done so far. i dont see anything wrong with asking your boss especially with regards to career advancement. always do your best in your job. your superiors will definitely notice it. if your boss pointed out that promotions or career advancement for your will be far-fetched, then its up to you. if you want to quit and look for a suitable job or stay and wait for promotion. :)

Thanks for ur advice! Now I decide to to find a chance in right time to talk with my boss about this stuff.and I will stay here if it is really helpful for me. if not, i will look for another suitable job.thanks again!
