Which is worse..... A gloating winner or a sore loser?

We have all encountered both I am sure, so which one do you think is harder to deal with? A gloating winner that struts around crowing about their victory and throws your defeat back in your face; or the sore loser that just can't handle not being number one so gets all angry and whiny when they get beaten?

When it comes to other people, I can't decide which is worse. I don't enjoy a gloating winner because I don't like to lose and if you add a winner who likes to throw my defeat back at my face, I wish the winner would fall on his/her a. I don't like a sore loser because then they're dampening my victory dance. So I can't decide.
But when it comes to me, I don't really care because I'm good at both.

I don;t like to lose either. I have always been a competitive person but when I do lose I tend to get down on myself more than the fact the other person beat me. Then of course I have to keep pushing for more games until I win! lol. I don;t actually have a victory dance though so maybe I need to prepare one for the next time I encounter a sore loser? If they are gonee complain then the dance should follow soon after! lol. Thanks for the response SaintAnne.

Both are awful to deal with. But the gloating winner is the one that makes me the angriest. I prefer to have someone lose or win with grace. I'd be more likely to play with that individual again.

My goodness it seems quiet on mylot today! I agree that a gloating winner can be the most difficult to deal with and especially if you are competitive. It's bad enough that we lost without having to deal with some bighead prancing around! lol. I have no issues if there is a bit of fun teasing going on but when a person gets arrogant about it you can't help getting really frustrated. Thanks for responding ersmommy.

they're both really bad. a gloating winner makes you wanna slap them in the face, because they act really superior, and are full of themselves. and a sore loser can get down to insults and taunts and maybe take drastic actions, because they want some compensation for not winning. even though it was their fault. i think the best person is the one who treats a win with humility and bears a loss with good-nature and acceptance. it's life, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and no matter what game you are dealt with, you have to make your best out of it...

I agree with your description of how someone should be either win or lose Khushi and thankfully many of the people I do associate with are just like this. If I had to put up with one or the other though I think I would prefer to deal with a sore loser. They can rant and rave all they like for having lost but it would mean that I was still the winner! lol. Thanks for the response.
