friends

i was betrayed by the people who are supposed to protect you -- my own parents. When i was about to get married to the guy i'm married to now, my parents hated him. i told them it was not their decision. i was already living on my own for about 10 years and had a child through my previous marriage. this child loves my new husband so much. my parents were so mad that no matter what they tried, i would not leave the man i love. they took me to court to try and have my son taken away. thankfully, they were not successful. But, the rest of the family (brother, sister, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) all believed my parents and so none of them will talk to me anymore either.
