breaking and entering

today was a very shocking, surprising and tiring day for my family. a couple of precious things were stolen from our house. a laptop, an ipod video, an ipod nanno and a digital camera. the surprising things were: 1. after living in the same house, in the same subdivision for 8 years. this is the first time that our house was broken into. 2. my husband's badminton bag was used to transport the valuable things (this we deducted from his stuff lying on the dining table without the bag). 3. the only time that this could have happened was between 6-7am in the morning, at which time nobody was awake, not even my son's yaya. at first we all thought it could have been the new yaya, she has only been staying with us a few days. later on we got to thinking...she has been left in the house with the baby often, why wait for all of us to be in the house before doing robbing us. she could've easily left my son with the other yaya and left with the loot but she didn't. plus she agreed to the lie detector. anyway, we'll know for sure tomorrow, when the results of the fingerprinting and lie detector are given us...this just made our house scarrier than seeing a ghost on hallow's eve.
