It has been a very bad month for investors. There has been a global recess.Economy is getting weak. But hoping that the meltdown will stop soon,do you think this is the best time to invest in stocks?

Within the last two months I have recently just started investing in stocks and shares through an ISA package. I opened my share isa through a fund supermarket on the internet so I could make an initial saving without having to pay a commision and start up fee. It was fairly straight forward and i'm working on the priciple now that as i'm young enough to take advantage of the shares being in a poor state I may as well take advantage of it. I pay 100 pounds in a month which gets pooled with other investers money and buys me units. The theory i'm using is that by purchasing these units every month i'm doing pound cost averaging which means I sometimes buy when the shares are high and sometimes when their low. This was I even out the highs and lows of the stock market. I decided not to invest a large sum of money all at once as a slight decline in the value of the market could result in me losing substantial loney. In theory if the shares stay low for the next few years and I continue to buy them low every month when they eventually do go up...I should make a profit...everything crossed.

From my prospect definitely Yes as the market is down and the share value is less for bigger industry we need to invest now and it should be invested to the right market we need to consult a advisor before investing don't invest without any knowledge. Need to be careful.
Thanks
