How often do you watch The Discovery Channel?

There are so many reality shows like big brother and survivor now along with hit tv shows such as heroes and prison break. I want to know if you still watch educational channels or do you never have time because all of your favorite tv shows are on. I personally can't get enough of the discovery channel i love Dirty Jobs and Mythbusters they really keep me entertained and keep my mind active. So the question is how often do you watch the discovery channel? If you do not watch it at all than why?

Hi Kojinick, I think that I watch discovery channel every day, every night too.. It's so interesting channel and It helps me to understand better the world and I also enjoy programs like Mythbusters and Ultratomb stories (I don't know the really name in english, but that is the translation from spanish) and I enjoy too programs that shows the space.. I love that channel..

I find night time to be the best time to watch the discovery channel because the most entaining/educational shows are on then such as Mythbusters, Smash Lab,Dirty Jobs, Daily Planet and Deadliest Catch.

I watch Discovery a few times a week. I like some of their programming, like Dirty Jobs...that's really interesting. I think I watch the History Channel more though. I probably watch more learning type stuff than other venues. I don't care for reality shows and stuff like that. They were a novelty at first but now they're a big yawn lol. There's so much interesting stuff on educational tv to learn about and I find it all fascinating.

I agree i use to watch Survivor American Idol and Big Brother but after 12+ seasons of it its beginning to get old :P

I do watch discovery channel on a regular basis and am intersted in things like technology, construction activities, arms. I take clues from this channel as to how i can reduce costs in my organisation.

That's one of my favorite channels and like most of the programs. That's one of the first channels i check out everytime I turn on the t.v. I love Bear Grills Man v/s Wild show the most. He's really a survivor who adapts to almost all conditions. I do not watch any of those reality shows or t.v series. I rather watch MTV and other music channels apart from discovery.

I also turn on the discovery channel the moment i turn on my tv. That man vs wild show is amazing i can`t believe some of the stuff they show, it may be a little gross at times but it is very educational.
