which was the latest book you read? the last book i read was a portuguese writer, winner of a nobel prize in 98, josé Saramago. The name of the book is "memorial do Convento" The author wrote the book without using almost no ponctuation, in about 200 pages you find 20 commas. but it is very good book, makes you look like you lived in that time, the story of building a monument for a king.

When I was a kid I used to love to read mystery books such as the Clue books or the Boxcar Children books because I have always loved mysteries and trying to figure out who did it,but now that I am older I do not like to read that much, because I have trouble keeping my attention focused on the book, but my fiance as started reading to me,and we are in the middle of a book called Unto A Good Land by Vilhelm Moberg and it is the second in the series, and we are at the end,but we are trying to find the third book The Settlers before we finish reading this one,and a couple nights ago my fiance read me a couple of the mini stories out of one of the Clue books and they are still very interesting.

I know what you mean,I think everyone likes getting to the end of books like that so they can find out who is guilty, and who is not guilty, especially when you are guessing at who did it,have a great day, good luck in your life, and Happy Posting.

Hi mafaiate! The latest book i've read is Dating Game by Danielle Steel. It's a romance book about life and dating. The woman called Paris with two children Meg and Wim, got dumped by his 24 years husband, Peter. She always thought that her life is perfect and never thought this things would happen to her in the end. She is in pain and agony and depressed for sometime and she started to put back all pieces of her and started her new life by working in the new city, San Fransisco and met some new people including some men with various ages, situations, and personalities which taught her so many lessons about life and life become more exciting for her since then. It's a good book and I recommend for all the women to read. It's quite thick but it's interesting.

Hi there malfaiate. I have just finished a book my mom bought 2 days ago. It was called "Good women don't gossip, unless they have to" It was a 200 pages romantic novel about a woman that saw her husband cheat on her, and didn't know what to do about it because all her relatives were supporting him, even he was the guilty side. The good thing is that in the end they managed to sort things out (up to a point anyway).
