Do you believe in spanking your children??

I do not have children and in the future hope to have some. I'm very curious if parents believe spanking their children or the circumstances in which you would. I myself would only ever spank my child in the future if it did something horrible which in its life was in danger and then did it again. This is an a example of when i would, not the first time but the second time it did it. I myself believe there are right and wrong times. What about you??
