McCain's down 1% from Muhlenberg's lag poll, while Obama holds steady.
According to Pennsylvania's population, this means that McCain has the task of changing over 800,000 voters' minds in nine days in order to bring this race back to a dead heat.

I think he will end up winning Pennsylvania. The lead is double digits and it will be a miracle if McCain can pull off a win with only a little more than a week left.

I think McCain loses hope with the loss of Penssylvania. This is too much to come back from.

They say now that Pennsylvania could be McCain's last battle. I live outside Philadelphia and they are all coming here this week. Palin's on a bus tour and McCain, Obama and Bill Clinton are expected to get here today and tomorrow. If the Phillies win tonight and Obama comes on top of that, Philly will really errupt.
Pennsylvania is usually a difficult state to call. In the last two elections, the richest counties went Democrat while the poorest ones went Republican. The two largest cities (Philadelphia & Pittsburgh) are true blue liberal as are the surrounding counties but the center of the state is NRA Republican country. The state also has a large Catholic and elderly voting block which the Republicans were hoping to win tap.
I live in a suburb of Philadelphia and I've never seen anything like what's happening here. Even the yard signs for Obama are running 10 to 1. Frankly, I think the only reason the Republicans haven't written Pennsylvania off is that they don't have many other places to make a final stand. It should be a very interesting next couple of days here.
