do u feel sleepy as soon as u take ur subject books to read????

I feel really sleepy coz I am reading books usually during night..But I do love reading books I just don't have enough time to read..

Well studying can be really draining. So when I was in college, I mixed up my reading assignments and "doing" assignments. I'd alternate reading and memorizing with solving math problems and writing papers. That way, the change in pace and topics helped keep my brain alert. When I feel sleepy, I do some exercise or jumping jacks and it helps a lot. I really have a hard time reading something for 1 hour. 30 minutes is all I can o so I write or review other subjects in between.

ha ha ha I remember those days when I was still studying, everytime I open my books I can't finish reading what I have to read as I feel really sleepy erading those books. But everytime I read other books such as pocket books or other series book I tend to finish chapters to chapters and it even comes to a point that I wanted to finish the whole book before I put it down....

Yeh ,I am the same with you .Whenever I read a book silently ,I will be sleepy a few minutes later ....It is very interesting ,and at most time ,I have no idea about this .So ,when I have insomnia i will find a book to read ,and it will not a long time before i get asleep .Haha

Some times may be ,if I feel sleepy ,I will go to bed ,because,if you continue reading books when you feel sleepy ,it is certainly poor efficiency .I just reading books when I am energetic !

i think you often read the book lying on the bed.when you feel sleepy,you can stand up,walk around,then .....that is ok.you can contiune reading.
