Help ! Who can tell me how to have an English blog that is belong to me ?

Since I like to write something ,I often read others passages in their blogs ,but I haven't have one belonging to myself .Because I don't know how to sign up one . Is it hard to have one ?I don't know the steps .Who can help me ,please ?

Hi! You can make a free blog site with blogger.com. It's so easy to sign up. All instructions are there on the site. You can also use blogsome.com but I'm not so familiar with the site. I have mine at blogger.com Hope that helps. Ciao!
