What happened to clickin.me?

I am a member f the PTC site Clickin.me and when I opened the site today, it is in some other language like russian and mentions something about webhosting. Is the site a scam and closing down or is it under attack?

scam...was known since 2 months...when admin change the payout method to wire transfer and vanished from forum...i've been paid only once...1$ i'm lucky... (sarcasm)i say goodbye also to 3 referrals...

It has been vanished and got listed in my scam site list since weeks ago. It happened when they started to remove alertpay as their payment system and use wire transfer instead of it. It is silly, because wire transfer require you bigger fee and you wouldn't be able to request $2 as they promised you in the beginning. It deceived its members so I think better stay away from it before it really take your time and your money out

Expected. I left that site when they decide to change their rule. I don't like the way they change their payout rule, that is why i left. I never reach my payout over there.
