I think it all depends on the face characteristics of those girls. Some girls are just having too cute face, she wouldn't look good with the curly and sexy hairstyle, but girls with sexy face would suit it. Some girls look good with long hair, but some just look messy with long hair. I think they should consult the hairstylist before they really choose which hairstyle would suit them best.

It really depends on the girl and how much she's willing to do to maintain her hairstyle. A girl who doesn't want to do much is better off with a simple style, but someone who wants to spend a long time on her hair can have curled or straightened hair. And of course it depends on her face shape and features as well. I think the length of her neck also informs whether her hair should be short or longer.
