Should grandparent spoil the child?

My cousin is 8-year-old and very naugty,He always fight with classmates and play a trick on others even more cheating in the test.My uncle and aunt think he is pretty wild and need to a firm discipline to help him grow up.My cousin' grandmonther spoil him very much and stop my uncle punishing him.So he is more disobedient with his parent that make uncle and aunt very bored.What do you think of it?

I have grand children and they are spoiled, I spoil them myself. I am not going to put up with a rude disrespectful disobedient child. I don't interfere with my daughter when she is discipling them. You can spoil a child and that child still can be obedient.

thanks you are my numbet 1 respond .I think that grangparent dont interfere with discipling child also.But some grandparent could not bear their son suffer worst.
