My friend has this experience and we were talking about it the other day. What will you do if you have a friend who thinks very highly of himself/herself to the point that he/she thinks oneself is always better than the rest?

I have a friend who thinks it is all about her. She is a good person, but I think it may stem from insecurities. Whenever we are together our conversations stem around her about her all of the time. whenever I get a chance to say something, she would have had the same experience, but bigger or more severe than mine. I know how she is, so I just accept it and listen to her. That's probably what she needs, attention.
