How many glass of water do you intake daily?

According to our physicians we need to intake at least 8 glasses of water daily included juices, tea and coffee or more. This can help us to cleansed our digestive organ and took away those toxins inside our body. Helps us to regulate our urinal functions. It can helps us also to moisten our skin for it became soft and smooth. Intake a lot of water in our body if we have fever can make it lower for the heat inside goes throughtout the skin pores and also into urine. It really helps a lot. So let us have fun drinks lot of water for good. But beware, drink only a qualified and safe drinking water. Maybe some bacterias lived in water.

On average, 4-5 glasses of water. And they recommend 8 cups of water, not glasses.

Hello,Mods! Actually human body is 50-75% water depending on a person's age.This water regulates and maintains body temperature.water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.It moistens and lubricate our mouth,eyes,nose,hair,skin,joints and digetive tract.Ans in the process we lose enough water daily.So to compensate the lose we have to drink sufficient water daily.If our body does not get enough water we may risk dehydration,elevated body temperature,fatigue and heat related illness.So the physicians have advised us to drink atleast two to three liters of water daily to keep the body and mind fit.Usually I drink one to two liters of water daily.thanx.

Hi, I normally have 6 to 7 glasses of water during winters. In Summers;I have more water as it is hotter and throat parches sooner . In summers;I have 8 to 10 glasses of water daily . Regards Sweety_81
