coffee lover

Yes, I love coffee - but I have to restrict my consumption as the caffeine is unheaalthy and keeps me awake at night. I need a cuppa first thing in the morning when I arrive at work - to pick me up after commuting and get me awake. I try not to drink one after lunchtime as it takes so long to clear out of the system. Allso it makes me want to go to the toilet so I have to be careful if I have an important meeting afterwards. I prefer making coffee from beans in a cafetiere but it takes so long so when it is only for me I use instant coffee. It is so expensive to pay for coffee when i go out that I tend to choose a cheaper option.
