I believe it will depend on where you are located. If you are a US citizen and make over $600 I highly suspect you will be getting a 1099 from myLot. myLot is a US based business and must adhere to the rules of the IRS or the IRS will shut it down.

Well technically, any income earned.....but I think you have to earn a certain amount to absolutely HAVE to claim it.
