When taking dinner we must we must consider choosing foods which our digestive system won't take hard digesting it, because this time we don't have much activities just like what we had during early part of the day. And we must eat our dinner few hours before bedtime so as to give our body enough time to digest and covert it to useful nutrients. Personally I always eat late at night because I can't eat without finishing what I had to do. How about you? do you exercise healthy lifestyle? What time do you usually take you dinner?

I usually take my dinner around 6.30 pm. And I never choose what kind of food to become my dinner. I think that after having a dinner, I still have another activity like watching tv or continue my job. But when I eat at night arpound 10pm, I will eat less than in dinner and select a light food.

Hmmm... I usually take my dinner at around 7 to 8 PM. I believe so, that the food that we take during dinner must be well digested before we go to bed. I don't exercise regularly but I see to eat that I don't eat a lot during dinner since, I have not much activities left for me for the rest of the day. Thanks mayrah!
