Hi guys, attention to the persons who were making over use of the mobile phones. Please dont use your mobile phones not more one hour a day(especially under weak signal conditions) because of the harmful radiations reflected.im suggesting this with my own experience.because the previous two years i used my mobile phone very rapidly. That effect is now im suffering.I m getting a continuous head ache.i feel like i lost some of my memory power also.so be careful friends.Use your mobile phones limitedly.Dont use your mobile phone with vibration.

I am sorry to hear your experience with cell phones has been a negative one. Do you have your experience verified by a doctor? How do you know for sure your cell phone caused your problems? I suffer from migraine headaches and it is not caused by cell phones. I do have my medical issues verified by my doctors.

I always believe that prevention is better than curing. The scientific results on the over usage of mbile phones have been showing the same fact.

I use my phone in seldom during daytime. But I use it everyday specially every morning. I use it for games and for music. I play mind stimulating games on my phone almost every morning. This is to prepare myself for work. Consider it my warm-up for my brain every morning. I use my phone a lot when listening to music. I use the earphones usually and just use the loudspeaker at other times. Right now I'm experiencing mild headache most of the time. But I guess it is not caused by my phone. I work as a software engineer and I am in front of the computer during weekdays. So I apply health advices to minimize risks to my health. If we minimize the use of electronics, we can reduce our exposure to radiation. But we can't avoid it. Radiation is the transfer of energy in the for of ray/s. What we can do is to reduce our exposure to it especially the harmful ones. But I guess the vibration on mobile phones is not a threat. The vibration is caused by an electric motor similar to the one in the electric fan. Thanks for the reminder and precaution...

I am sorry to hear of you suffering, and have heard this argument being banded around for a while now, but is there actually any proof. I think that nowadays, it is unrealistic for us to just use our mobile phone for just one hour a day, as we have all got so dependant on them.

You gave me a scare man. I now feel like i'm also having the very same problems you mention. I have much weaker network at my workplace. Still i have to use a cellphone. So, i'm confused at times what i must do. I think my problem will remain unsolved. But, yours was a very informative discussion. Keep it up.

That's interesting. I've been using a cell phone for past 20 years & I haven't felt any ill affects from it. When I was 12, I've gotten into an accident, from being a passenger, & I used to get a lot of headaches. Then when I turned 18, I've gotten my first cell phone, one of the older ones that worked on analog. I've been using cell phone since. My having headache isn't really contributed to using my cell phone. I'm 37 now, about to turn 38 in January. I don't use house phone & because of my work, I'm on my cell phone about 2 - 3 hours a day. That's not counting personal use. There's not a day that goes by without me being on a cell phone 45 minutes at a time. On average, I use somewhere between 3,500 - 4,000 minutes a month on my cell phone. I'm not trying to prove you wrong & I'm sure what you're saying have validation but I'm just trying to say people don't hear on the other side of the story too much, me being one of them. Who knows, 3 years from now, they could find a tumor in my head the size of orange but 20 years of using cell phone an hour or more a day didn't really have too much of affect on my health.
