Now a days soft skills are given more importance than technicals......is it fair

It is not 'now' it was an important skill except for a short period it was technicals now it has reverted back to soft. Hmm... things keep changing and we have no other choice but to accept it... a techie person can always learn soft skills but not vice-versa, right? :) so no worries... If you were possessing soft skill, still would you ask same question? or your question would have been swapped for technicals???
