I love music id have to say my favorite genre is alternative rock but at the same time i'll listen to just about anything that has a good beat. Some people really have a hard life. A lot of people like to use different genres of music to help cope with it. What do you think about this method?? Do you use it. And do you think its a good coping method?

Good answer. I myself used to you music to cope all the time but however have found it an inanimate object. The song has a message but it stays the same. It wont respond to any of your questions or it wont physically rub your back and let you that everything is okay. However other then that i find it a great coping method
