Celestine Prophecy is a beautiful book. It's thought provoking, in that the insights mentioned in all three books in the Celestine Prophecy have a profound effect on the main character in the story. It also deals with spiritual aspects. I remember the 10the insight deals with manipulating the eyes in order for one to see the past and relate it to the future. At least that's what the main character does in the second book in the Celestine Prophecy trilogy. If I remember correctly, the 3rd insight dealt with the ability of the main character to distort his vision and see light or energy emulating through innate objects, as well as living things and people. I found the entire trilogy of the Celestine Prophecy to be fascinating, as well as captivating.

This was the first book that nudged me towards serious thinking about the spiritual component of our selves, but I quickly grew past it and am 110% convinced that the truths of our spirituality make Redman's view incorrect. Fun to read, insightful to the budding spiritualist, theologically flawed, inaccurate when considering the truth of our existence.

I good book with interesting ideas when I first read it. I do feel that the author didnt tie the books together. I remember being really disappointed on how the author transitioned from the first to the second book.
