Tongue Twisters can be a lot of fun and good for a laugh among friends and family. Recently, while talking about making a couple plates of goodies for a family Halloween Gathering, I came up with a new tongue twister.
Try saying "Kitty Cookie Cutter" really fast, even just twice.
Lol

How much wood could a wood chuck chuck, if he could chuck would chuck wood. Try saying that 5 times fast. Tongue twisters aren't very much fun since they make you seem like you have a speech impedement :P. Have a happy Halloween.

lol, thanks nick. I know of wood chuck. We used to have this funny record of a high pitched voice saying the wood chuck tongue twister. As she kept saying it over and over, it got faster and faster. It was so funny sounding like the record was sped up to fastest it could go. It is fun trying tongue twisters. Thank you for your comment.

We used to say "She sells sea shells on the sea shore" - that one is tough.
Another one is a big one " Betty bought some butter, but the butter was bitter, so Betty some more butter to make the bitter butter better". You can say that slowly but making it fast is tough.

Yes, here's a good one for you! It used to be a British advert and I loved it so much! Try saying this quickly: you can't put a bit of better butter on your knife! Or, you can't put a better bit of butter on your knife! I love this one, this really rocks. Andrew

I love tongue twisters. I like the old one like the she sells sea shells on the sea shore, Betty butter and etc. My teacher used to do that when we have our phonics lesson and it is so much fun. The best tongue twisters would be fresh fried fish, fish fresh fried, fried fish fresh, fish fried fresh. If you love tongue twisters so much you can go to this site http://www.esl4kids.net/tongue.html#ch . They had all kind of tongue twisters sorted according to alphabetical orders.

English is my second language so if I will to give you tongue twisters in my own language, it might be a bit hard! lol. But here are some that I know in English:
She sells sea shells by the sea shore.
Red leather, yellow leather.
Slowly the sinking ship sank.
I tried your one by the way and it does get harder after a while!

The easiest one to that i know that messes me up all the time is "real world". it's easy at first but saying it ten times fast it mixes up to wheel world.

It does wind up as wheel world. Nice thank you for your comment. I like that one because it sounds simple enough until you try it.

I used to love tongue twisters as a kid. Here are some of the best ones I can remember:
"Toy boat" - it may not seem bad, but try saying it three times fast. This one is HARD!
"Six sick sheep"
"She sells sea shells by the sea shore"
"Peter piper picked a peck of pickled peppers"
"Unique New York"
Those are some of my favorites. They always entertained me when I was younger, and I hope they entertain you too. :)
