That's a hars qustion for m because I lik all fruits. I do think that it is imortant to eat plenty of fruits because of all of the antioxidants in them. Especially this time of the year. I have an orange or orange juice every morning for vitamin c, a banana between breakfast and lunch for the potassium and I always have a least five servings of fruit in a day. Apples are very plentiful and in season right now so I usually have one for a late night snack.
I love fruit smoothies which can get all of your fruit servings in at once but I get tired of them after a while. Pineapple is one of my favorites right now.

i have loads of fruit myself when i can although i fell im more concious of this in the summer time in the winter i tend to east choclate more i feel i also like then carton pinapple and cranberry juices in the carton there lovely i think it being summer or winter really effects how you are in those times

Well fruits are more accessible in the summer too. But a lot of times you can find plums and grapes at the grocery store about anytime of the year and then apples too. It does take a little more work in the winter. I always order from our school band this time of the year they sell Holiday fruit by the case and I try to stock up but it only keeps for so long.
