Tonight when i told my newly 3 year old son it was bedtime he told me 'Mum you've binned my life'. After a few questions i realised he meant i had ruined his life. I don't know where he gets some of the things he says sometimes. A couple of months back we were at a family party when he said at the top of his voice 'My daddy put a seed in mummy's tummy to make me a baby right up there' Some of the things he says are just pricless.

Thats what I love about kids, all the funny things they tell you every day.
When my eldest daughter was around three, she kept on asking me for "ellepacter" "ellepacter". For the life of me I could not think what she was going on and on about.
A few days later I started to sing to her, 'Nellie the Elephant packed her trunk, and said goodbye to the circus'. She immediately screamed, " yes" "yes" "ellepacter" The poor we girl she wanted 'Nellie the Elephant'.

Awww bless her. My son gets so frustrated when i don't understand what he's saying. When i get it right he's exstatic and says 'Good work mum - tick' I fall in love with him more every day.

Kids are indeed fast learners... my two year old has just started using English like Come on Mommy... what's this?... Let's go.. there!... and i do not even teach here how to say these words... i usually speak the local dialect at home... but i guess she got those sentences from watching English cartoons...

Thast's really good for a 2 yeear old to be picking up two different laguages already. My son watches the spanish cartoon 'Go Diego Go' and can count to 10 in spanish. It's really cute. He probably knows more spanish than me lol.

There was the time Naomi and I were waiting in a long bathroom line and the lady in front of us was taking a long time and when she came out Naomi said (in her loudest voice) "finally". Poor lady. Walked by as fast as she could and didn't look at us, but everybody else laughed.

My (almost) 4 year old has taken to whispering to me "I have a secret daddy", and when I ask her what it is, it's always just something she did in her day, or what she had for lunch, or what she wants for dinner...but it's so cute because she makes such a big deal of wanting to whisper it in my ear. She's a sweetheart to be sure and this just adds to the "cuteness" factor for me.
