Well being stuck at .99 would bother me a lot if I missed payout because I was at 9.99! This has never happened to me though because I make sure that if I can reach payout, I work super hard so that I don't fall short. Being stuck at other numbers isn't a problem for me, it's just a number until you reach payout, then it becomes real money!! :) Hope you make it to payout next month!

No have never been stuck on 3.99 might be cause I was only there one time. But I do know what you mean about sometimes being stuck or at least seaming that way. But who realy knows the method of pay maybe its supposed to be stuck at some points? :)
