I ate a sand crab and I liked it. Would you eat it?

Yea I ate probably about six crabs, the last one I ate was a dare and it was about one inch big. it didn't taste too bad (I preferred a smaller one though). When it was cooked over the fire it turned pink (just like shrimp) we dipped it in a tub of butter. It is small so we basically eat the whole thing shell and all. Since it was grilled all the shell was nice and crunchy, although after stop eating it I have the seafood tastes in my mouth that I can't get rid off. It was a good experience, the show on discovery channel show that they actually put batter and deep fried it. Ymm that might taste better.

That seafood taste that lingers after you have had crabs or clams or such is one of the reasons that I do not eat them that often. At least not that way. I am glad you enjoyed it. What will your next venture be?
