I wrote and article for an assignment on the Helium Marketplace 2 months ago. They kep extending the deadline because I was the only one that submitted and then finally, they closed it on Oct. 10, with a deadline for the buyer to purchase on the 16th. As of today, Oct. 27th, I haven't heard anything from them - not even a rejection. i'd like to know if they didn't choose my article so I can publish it on Associated Content. How long does it take for a marketplace article to get a decision?

that is ok but they need to do it fast as we need to work and also and use the article in any way, its not fair to keeping it hanging like that, especially if they only some articles to choose from, why takes long time from them not sure why, i hope better they will improve that systm or people will fied

I've sold eight articles so far in the Helium Marketplace. I get an acceptance email each time.
I've had about the same number of articles unsold, and these have been transitioned into my list of Helium articles. I also get emails informing me when this is done.
Some publishers take their time deciding, and they may choose to buy more than one article for their assignment. I have waited up to a month for some of mine to be chosen or not, but usually it is within a week or two of the deadline.
If your article is showing as 'in process' on your list, this means it is still being considered. You can post in the Helium community forum if you hear nothing after a few weeks, and Helium will urge the publisher to make a final selection.
