Recently in Malaysia, there was a case which involves a young female students who punched and kicked a female teacher at school just simply because her teacher asked about what she wrote on the course paper. Last night, I watched college students involved in gunshot. It is simply horrible. But do you cater to such students? Do you punch them in the face or give them a good advice? Or maybe ignore them? Give me your opinion. Thank you.

Violence against another person simply is not to be tolerated. There are consequences to bad behavior. Be clear on the legal issues and policies regarding your situation. Do not accept this treatment from anyone no matter how old they are. Being a teenager does not give you the right to be violent and obnoxious. Don't give up your space and rights to accommodate someone's elses inability to express themselves. Use your power of the legal or policy system to overtly let them know that you are fully prepared to use them. As a service and teaching tool for them, it is imperative that they know that this is the real world. let them know upfront that you maintain a no tolerence policy for such behavior. Write it down if you have to.

This is understandable. However, things will never change unless some one changes them. Is it feasible for the teachers to pay a little more attention to what it takes to be safe and have the ability to practice their profession. The word for the hour is "ACCOUNTIBILITY". It should apply to everyone involved. It should come down on both sides. Teachers, where is your quality legal representation? Work on that as a matter of professional standards and ethics. What does it matter to teach the academics to a group in society if there is little concern for integerity. It is a major part of a civilized society. Strenghthen your security system and legal supports then it will not matter what parents or others believe. The truth is the way. Behavior has consequences and rewards. Parents, teachers, lawyers, and students must get a hold of that concept in this modern world of ours. If they don't, good academics is waisted on them anyway. Good luck.

I really think everything starts in the home. It's not always the case, but if at home their environment is more stable then they'll be able to function better outside the home! Some are actually problematic and need to be dealt with, but I think they're more ok kids than problem children!

Ur right, they tend to leave everything up to everyone else, that's more times than not, where the problem starts! I believe these kids are crying out for attention, but when they get it, it feeds the desire for more until they decide it's enough. There's nothing like the attention from home. Tough love starts at home, we can't raise their children if they're not parents first!

I will just send the students who beat their teachers to jail.
This is something that should not be tolerated by anyone, even the kids parents have to recognice that kids like that sooner or later will turn against them or their siblings.

Its a very sad but true thing that you've pointed out friend. Teens today really seem to have lost their minds. I'm a teen myself but i feel pity about my fellow teenagers. The main problem with the teens in todays world is that they have no sense of respect for anyone. It pains me to hear such incidents like the one you've stated above. Afterall these kids are born in the same year that I've.
And i felt worse when I came to the last line of your discussion. I'm really very sorry to say but I dont give any advice or anything to fellow teenagers.
Nice discussion buddy, take care...
