Do you exercise daily?I am a fitness freak.Whenever i find i do my exercises.I go jogging every day.Then i start with warm up exercises.Then i do some calorie burning exercises.It makes me fresh and keeps me so through out the day.It ia a great day to keep yourself healthy.What do you say?

My weight is over the standard,I heard that moderate exercise and health diet is the best way to loose weight.I have tried to do some exercise,I ride bicycle to the company,the distance is more than 10km, but it's hard to insist on it alone,I have a full-time job,and there isn't gymnasium near by my apartment.

Thanks pinkfloyd,I don't know what is aerobics.I plan to learn "Taiji" from my mom,do you know it?it's a special Chinese Kung fu,it was showed on opening ceremony of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

My dear friend.It takes time to lose weight.If you cant find much time,try learning aerobics.It is a very good exercise for your respiratory system and to lose weight.Do it when you find time.Weekends when you are free jog a bit and do relax.Control your diet.It is very important.Wish you good luck.And be happy.

i am trying to gain weight so not so much of calorie burning exercises...i just go to the gym 4-5 days a week.

Friend going to gym wont help you gain weight.You need to supplement your body with enough nutrients too.Ask your gym instructor for the supplements.If you are genetically thin it is quite difficult to put on weight.Dont give up,just keep on trying.good luck.

yeah i know that man,,but for the time being i am not relying on supplements for weight,i am eating as much as i can avoiding junk food and all. now my priority is to get at least a little bit stronger before i take any supplements.

I was walking a mile a day for quite awhile but I have a sinus infection and have not felt very good for a few days so I have not got my mile walked. I need to get back at it or I am going to gain back the 20 pounds I lost from walking.

Exercise as in going to the gym and do some workout, i don't. But i think my brisk-walking everyday is my form of exercise. I'm too lazy to do other forms of exercise, although i know it is important in keeping oneself healthy.

Going to gym everyday serves no purpose.As you said brisk walk or jog with some mild exercises will do.

I am not doing heavy excercises. But I do yoga 5 days in a week. It makes me very good health and freshes my mind. If we live healthy we will do yoga or excercises every day. It is not only for weight loss but also good health.

Everyday I go to work on foot. It takes me about half an hour going to the office on foot. I regard it as a kind of exercise. I love china

I exercise daily. It makes me feel good, keeps me in shape and gives me energy. To me it's like taking vitamins, I gotta have it.

I exervise every night such as push-up, sit-up in the room. in the morning jog to the office. at noon have to take a nap approximate 15-20 mins, or in the afternoon i can not concentrate. Its surprised for me in spite of eating tpp much can not put on weight,untill now i am very thin since graduated from university, i trust the exercise is the best way to strong my health body .
