I often feel that I am apt to increase my weight in winters ,even if I eat the same food as that in summers .
Maybe because it is cold in winters and it will take us less energy ,or maybe because it is cold that we decrease the activities outside ,then the fat comes .
How about you ?Are you much fatter in winters than that of being in summers?

For me it is the opposite. In the summer I gain weight and in the winter I lose it. It's not very cold here so I can't say the cold helps me to burn calories or something, but I think when it is cold I do exercise more and I don't feel like eating all day long like I do in the summer.
I gained 8 pounds this summer and I've already lost 2 pounds. Still 6 pounds to go. It just got colder too so now those pounds should finally start coming off.

The same thing happens to me too. I can get fat much more easily if I stay in an air-conditioned room. When I don't turn on the air-conditioner I won't get fat that easily because at least I am sweating and the I am feeling hot. While sitting in an air-conditioned room I never sweat and that contribute to weight increase to my body.
If you want to reduce weight, I suggest you drink black coffee after each meal without sugar. Coffee helps to burn fat and dissolve fat into disposing area and in this way it can contribute to a weight loss effort.
