Who likes mushroom?

Hi, I enjoy eating mushrooms - so many types, and so many ways of cooking it. I like especially the black Chinese mushrooms - good in soups, or braised and stewed dishes. But I don't think mushrooms are a sufficient substitute for meat - don't think I will give up eating meat!

I like eating mushrooms very much. And it's also a very healthy food because I've heard that it can avoid having cancer. I love China

I am a non-vegetarian and don't really have any desire to change; but I also LOVE mushrooms! My favourite way to eat them is when they are sauteed in butter and a little milk and then poured over steak, chicken or mashed potatoes. I have heard that they are a very adequate meat substitute and they used to have a TV commercial back in Australia with the catch-phrase that mushrooms were meat for vegetarians.

i really like mushrooms. but i have never really eaten any other than your box standard button mushrooms. i would really like to try lots of different kinds. i woul dnever pick my own though as i know some of them are poisonous.

I like mushrooms! I like it when its is mixed with a lot of vegetables, like chop suey. i also liked it when cooked with a lot of garlic :-) yum!
