Hi, everyone. I have observed that my friends and I, when ranting about our jobs :-), have different preferences. I work with a very kind-hearted boss but the pay is really low. I am not complaining--to him, at least. I am happy with where I am at the moment, because i need this job for my career plan. But...sometimes i wonder, should i stay here or find a higher paying job, even if the boss is not as nice nor as generous as i have now...
What do you think, guys?

high salary,bad boss.
i can put up with a lot more "boss drama" if i'm at least paid relatively well for it.i wouldn't make it a career path, though.

I have experience both. I prefer low salary with good boss. I can't bare to have high salary while everyday of my life my bad boss will keep on ranting words not good to your ears. You can talk to your boss if you want an increase in salary.

Hi,I think you should find another job.Although the boss is good ,but the company can't give the employer good salary ,the company is not good .You should be brave to find another better work, maybe the work can't make you happy, the you can find another. We should get enough money to make a live then we can talk the interest and the happiness.I think the life is very ture.

its always nice to have a high salary but i dont think it would be worth putting up with a horrible boss to earn. i would much prefer to have a low salary and be enjoyning myself at work. its not nice when you feel forced to work when your not happy there. plus if you work full time, you are at work more than at home. so you get less chance to spend your wages any way
