Can cashout in Crewbux,, can somebody help?

I request my payment a couple of weeks ago and today I discovered that my order of payment is deleted from my history.
. When I try to cashout again, I find the cashout link is missing after I entered my PIN. I can't contact with the support team as that page is under contruction, so I only can ask for help here... can some one help? BTW I am a premium member so, it is doen't matter if I am a Chinese member or not, right?

did you noticed the changes they have right now in the minimum payout? they have increased it to $10 now and i was even surprised when i am about to cashout too, i am way past $5 and i am just waiting for paypal to be reactivated but i just stumble to another obstacle again. minimum payout must the reason if you haven't reach $10.

did you reach $14 before or just lately. if it's just recently then i believe they have change their TOS in a few days back but if you got it before you should contact them about it or see them in the forum. there's no other recourse but to inform and ask them about your situation.
