Do you get sleep while watching tv?

I often wacth favourite movie on tv but some time get sleep while wacthing tv and forget switch off the tv
do u also do like this?

I love watching Television. But I don't get much time to spend watching it. When I am too tired I often fall asleep while a television. Thats why I always switch it off before my eyes strained with sleep.I don't prefer watching tv if I am tired.

Yes, I do. It is sometimes my way to get asleep. But I always make it a point to put my sleep timer on, about 30 minutes so that it will turn off after I get to sleep. Sometimes, after 30 minutes and I am still awake, I set it again to 30 minutes. It even go on and on sometimes.
