What do you look for in a blog?

The funniest blog I every saw had nothing but photos on it. It was called, I think, Cats That Look Like Hitler! I like to read blogs that give useful advice, or share personal experiences. I find some blogs totally puzzling, I have no idea what they are on about, but those are usually written for the technically minded, about computer systems and devices. I don't want to look at any more blogs that are just a list of links or banners for money making sites. There must be millions of those already. I am more interested if someone is blogging about how they make money, if they share real ideas and helpful information, rather than just promoting links. I am also interested in blogs on writing and thoughts about life, as these are the topics of my own blogs.

I don't look for blogs, I don't think there is anything I would want from a blog. I prefer looking for solid bits of information that directly relate to my work. Blogs are like the wisps of smoke that hold nothing but the writer's lack of satisfaction with his life. Cheers!!

i always look for blogs that contains humor and funny pictures, because it gets me relax and have some fun while looking for some pictures and funny jokes.

Anything that elicits an emotion from me has my attention. If your blog makes me cry, laugh, curse, or be thankful I haven't eaten lunch yet, then I will read it. I only write blogs on my myspace page and even then they are usually directed at someone giving me grief and not anything someone outside of the situation would want to read.
