Do You Listen To Any Music While Doing MyLot?

ofcourse, my mylot stay wouldnt be complete without the music. on whatever i do it would always be accompanied by music. hehe..

of course.. music always make a inspiration to write something.. i like to heard music everytime.. whatever what kind of music is this,, i like all kind of music.. especially like MUSE,, avenged sevenfold,, and my chemical romance..

I do not listen to anything when I am doing mylot because I just cannot concentrate if I do. I end up typing down what I am listening too and I get really distracted so it is easier not to have anything on.

I'm listening to a piece at the moment called The Dark Side of the Moon by Paul Lovett-Cooper, an amazing composer who composes for a famous band at the moment.. the band I aspire to work with at some point in my life. I love the music recorded by that band, it's the only band which has the ability to make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up..

Yes i always do.I mostly listen to classical and jazz.Sometimes i listen to trance and hip hop.

I used to play music on the background while doing MYLOT but I couldn't concentrate even how hard I try so I stopped it. There are days though that I like to hear music so I turn my iTunes on and I end up eating 30 minutes with just 1 response to a topic.

I usually have the radio on while I'm online in the afternoon, which is also the time I usually make posts here on mylot. I listen to new rock, and the station I listen to tends to play a nice mixture of classic hard rock, punk, metal, and some alternative music. I have a friend staying with me this week, and I don't want to impose my musical tastes on her and her 3 yr old twins (and the music is inappropriate for the kids anyways), so I've been mylotting in silence. Sigh! Well... not complete silence... afterall, there are 3 yr old twins in the house now... so that means it's never really quiet, and when there is music on, it's usually of the "Wiggles" or "Thomas the Tank Engine" variety.

i listen to the tv.. i usually always have something on that i want to watch but if the tv isnt on then i would have music on but thats rare

i like listen to music very much in my life , i not only listen to new songs ,but old songs and light music and dj are all my favorite .but i do not listen to any music when i doing my mylot ,because you may know my english is poor ,i must think of what to write and how to post when i want to post discussions or write comments, if there are music around me ,my mind will be affected ,so i will write nothing.

It depends.Sometimes I am not in a good state,so I have to read and response mylotter's discussions whole-heared.I wouldn't do something else.But if I was active,music would make me more excited.

Music makes me relax, so I always put it on while working on just about anything.

I do not listen to music while posting or writing for that matter. It gets me distracted. I do like listening to opera on Youtube and also classical, but sometimes it does not work. I have no idea why. I think it is my computer. I also have some music on my computer and sometimes I listen to it, but that is only when I really do not have to think about the discussion. If I have to, I have to have complete silence.

yes, i do listen to music when I'm in front of my computer. I really love music so i always use my headset to listen to my downloaded songs. I find it more stress relieving.

Sometimes, I play random songs. But I find that doing a lot of things and running many programs takes up a lot of hard drive power so I'm afraid that my laptop will overheat. So I try to play music only when I'm not doing anything else. :) I don't think it distracts me though. I like music so it's more soothing rather than distracting.

No, I can't do that. specially when I'm reading their post because I can't concentrate on what I'm reading, or what its all about. I don't play playing or listening music when I'm reading something or when I'm writing something, sometimes instead I write what I want to say, I'm singging the song on my background. So I prefer not to listen to anything so I can finish what I want to do.

I never do so i may start doing it now when i mylot. What a nice idea. If i play music i don't think i be able to do mylot fast as it will maybe disturb me.

i almost always listen to music or have the tv on in the background, it gets boring when theres nothing to listening to, like right now im listening to pinapple express from filmhill
