now that harry rednapp has joined tottenham hotspurs as a manager. and he lead tottenham to their first league victory this season.will he be able to lead tottenham to a victory against arsenal? will he be able to take tottenham to great levels where previous manager ramos could not? (champions league) will he manage to take tottenham to match the big four in the english premier league?

rednapp changed everything at pompy. they were fighting relegation when he was hired as a manager. and they survived that season and he managed to build a reputation for pompy and they won the FA cup last season. he is a great manager.
tottenham players lacked confidence and since they have won the game against bolton they win go with full power from now on. they have to survive this season and they will under harry's leadership. i think they will aim a bit high say top seven finish this season.

Its hard to imagine how a new manager will lift a team under performing horribly instantly. The lack of a good striker is still a problem, and I doubt Harry Rednapp can change the fate of tottenham considerably.
But of course, if he manage to lift spurs to the top 10, many clubs will be fighting for his signature.

Against Arsenal, I would say Tottenham will loose as it's still early for Harry to find his perfect 11. But he'll eventually get them out of jail and safe from relegation. To ask him to match the big 4, sorry to say but not this season but maybe next season, provided he gets the support from the Board. His immediate task now is to restore confidence and bring back the winning mentality into the spurs team, which I think needs a few tuning. They have the right players to get them out from this current situation that they are facing. He's the right man for the job. Give him time to work his magic.
