IF I am elected president for the Republic of Indonesia, i would decommission all the corrupt ministers. I will repair roads (the road i always travel daily is like a detonated minefield, so you can imagine why i'm doing that XD). I will provide job for the jobless.
that about sums up all the things i'd like to do when i govern a country, whats yours?

Boy have I got a list.
My firt hundred days in office. I would examine and repeal a number of execitive directives. the patriot act, the statement declinging recognition of posse comitatus and I would void the naorthcom civil assistance plan.
I would push for the elimination of the NEA and return full control of our nations schools to the states. I would impose a 1 year moratorium on foriegn aid for all but the most absolute needy of nations. I would begin a phased withdrwal of our membership in the U.N. and begin the process of terminating the funding we provide to them. The U.N building and property would be returned to the city of New York.
I would make total energy independence one of the highest priorities. Everything in our economy and security are dependant on energy, it effedts the cost of goods and services and depending on other nations for our energy puts us in the position of having to put out one fire after another in the world and forces us in to alignments with nations that we might not otherwise be aligned with. The 3% oil reserve is a myth, research has more that proven we have more than enough oil and natural gas in our own borders and research has lead to very modern and environmentaly friendly means of extracting it. Couple this with new alternatives for cars and you have a recipe for successfull energy independence and prosperity.
The tax system in this country is not only unfair it is blatently corrupt and ineffective. I would push for elimination of the IRS in favor of a more effective and simple tax code, one that encourages success and allows people to pay what they are able to and one that is accountable to wherre that tax money goes.
The federal reserve has been a slow drain and a poison on this economy for decades since it's inception. It needs to be eliminated and we will return to the system we used to have, where our money was backed by something. Our dollar is worth nearly 70% less than it was when this system was put in place. A strong dollar is not only good, it is ESSENTIAL to a strong economy.
