Honestly this is really iresponsible.
Imagine how you would feel if you depended on others and wasnt fed.
Im sorry if this is harsh, but I do think that whoever is incapable
of taking care of an animal should have it. Animals are caged, their
freedom is taken away and depend on us to take care of them. We did
the bad thing already when taking the freedom away not taking care of
them is making things only worse.
